| BRINGING THE LOVE of
Christ to every soul... We're on the corner in Glendale and here on the Net.
An individual has not started living until he can rise above
the narrow confines
It’s a
sound that you’ll find only in The Spirit! It’s a sound that will take you
back through the centuries and deliver you to the doorstep of the 3rd
millennium. Don’t miss this historic event! Renowned musical artist Gor
Mkhitarian engages in a collaborative effort with Father Vazken Movsesian,
founder of the Armenian Church Youth Ministries and the In His Shoes
Mission, to produce music that resonates with the sacred and mystical sphere
of the Armenian Church, and then to be set free in the modern world. Hear
the spirit of the Lusavorich, Narekatzi and Shnorhali, in a language that
drives the human soul to the Divine. Bring your family. Bring your friends.

Reaching out to the
youth with the Love of Christ is our calling. We need your prayers on a daily
basis! Please remember our youth, all youth as your youth. Our priest, staff and
workers are in need of your prayerful encouragement. What's New and What's Not Making the presence of Christ real in the lives of Armenian youth - that's what we're all about - a continuation of the work begun early in 2003. Our church, the St. Peter Armenian Church & Youth Ministries' Center is located across the street for a cluster of schools in Glendale. This area has been referred to as Ground Zero - it represents one of the largest populations of Armenian youth outside of Armenia. Here God has opened a new door of hope and love for the community. Church services take place throughout the week culminating with the celebration of the Divine Liturgy on Sunday mornings. Through church activities and a working partnership with In His Shoes, young people are finding significance in their church, communities and in their lives. |
